London’s Design Studio Partner makes the shortlist for Business Leader of the Year

The award showcases the achievements and innovation of women in technology, identifying new role models and promoting further dialogue around diver
sity among industry influencers.
Rachel passionately believes that understanding human behavior is the basis for creating great ideas, designing successful products, and future-proofing brands. As Design Studio Partner at Globant, she is building on more than 20 years of knowledge, expertise, and experience in digital and UX. She has been at the forefront of our Integrity Framework, and a constant voice in the pursuit of designing for trust.
As a specialist in qualitative and quantitative global research, she has extensive experience creating and deploying new initiatives and methodologies that connect with consumers on all levels and in all types of projects. Having worked both client-side and in consultancy, Rachel gained her experience with a number of blue-chip companies.
Information Age, the business-technology magazine, organizes the award. They have gathered support from trade associations, politicians, and companies of all sizes and sectors since launching in 2015.
