As part of Globant’s commitment and efforts towards promoting gender equality and achieving parity in leadership roles by 2025, we are celebrating Globant Awards – Women that Build Edition, on December 9th, 12 pm EST. We invite you to join us in the online event and discover the women of impact who will be the national and global winners of this year’s edition.

Our global online event acknowledges the talent and story of women that lead, innovate, inspire and create change, with a recognition that strives to modify the reality of the industry by building a diverse and inclusive environment. This year, the award categories are:

Tech Entrepreneur- For disruptive women who either founded or are part of the board of a technology-based or impact-based startup that are at least 3 years old.

Inspiring Executive- Women in C-level roles, VPs, Directors, or Board Members who are inspiring leaders and are leaving their footprint on the tech field.

Digital Leader-Innovative women who are leaders in their organizations and who have been impacting change in the IT industry for at least 10 years.

Rising Star-Talented women who are starting a career in the tech industry or using technology to generate a positive impact with less than 10 years of experience.

This event will not only help to raise awareness on an important issue and encourage innovation and change for gender equality, but it will also give a chance for others to find spaces for community engagement.

The attendees will be able to participate in workshops, keynote sessions, networking, virtual booths and much more.

Join our Women that Build Awards, celebrate this year’s winners, and become part of a global community of women that are making a profound change in the IT industry.
