The Comparably Awards aim to recognize and give visibility to organizations that drive positive culture change in the work world.

The prestigious Comparably Awards recognize the companies and leaders that were rated highest by their employees in 16 categories. The lists of winners result from comparing more than 70,000 U.S. companies and analyzing over 15 million anonymous employee ratings. In the surveys, employees assess a 12‑month period and provide feedback on issues such as job satisfaction, compensation, benefits, etc.

A recognition to Globant’s holistic approach

With the COVID‑19 pandemic and the rise of remote work, the concept of work‑life balance has evolved and become more relevant. In fact, 60% of Americans say that they are unsuccessful in balancing and setting boundaries between their work and personal lives, and 72% believe that balance would be a key factor if they had to look for a new job. As we reinvent the way we work, it is increasingly clear that prioritizing the experience of people is the foundation for building a successful organization in the long term.

At Globant, we seek to provide the best environment for all people to be the best version of themselves and develop their full potential. Now more than ever, leaders and employees around the world identify a compelling need for greater empathy, humanity, and well-being in the workplace. Be Kind To Yourself is our holistic initiative to support Globers and promote an environment of well-being. Health care, both physical and emotional, is a path that the company seeks to travel together with employees. With that goal in mind, Globant recently launched a brand new benefit that offers a free membership on Headspace, the number one mindfulness application in the world.

For these efforts in pursuit of the holistic well-being of its employees, Globers positively evaluated Globant, thus the company was recognized with the Comparably Award for being one of the organizations with the best work-life balance (ranked #35 out of the top 50 large companies).
