Globant Is Awarded Two Comparably Awards

We are very proud to announce our two Comparably Awards: Best Company Culture and Best Company for Diversity.

What are the awards?

Comparably derives their Awards from ratings that the companies’ own employees provided from November 2017 to November 2018. Employees voted on a series of 50 questions across 20 metrics that assessed how workers viewed work-life balance, compensation, and future outlook of their company of current employment.
The recognitions are a result of our outstanding commitment to our employees and to inclusivity. In addition, they reward our culture that promotes our values: Act Ethically, Excellence in Your Work, Constantly Innovate, Think Big, Team Player and Have Fun. These values are also promoted from within by Globers, by daily interactions as well as through StarMeUpOS.
