Women That Build Month is here! And we’re inviting you to be a part of it.

During Women’s Month, we will be hosting different initiatives at Globant offices all over the world. We’ve got a roster of speakers who will participate in panels, conferences, and digital actions. Topics will include Women in IT, Women in Leadership, and the Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion. We aim to promote the inclusion and professional growth of women in our industry and bring infinite opportunities to all.

A journey to increase female participation in IT. We designed a program where we accompany women and non-binary people through their career journey, from when they are at school through starting their first job, to further career and professional development. At each stage, we have put in place a variety of training programs and initiatives to help them thrive.
